Having gained 11 years experience in the construction industry on major projects in the UK and overseas, Des entered the loss adjusting profession in 1984.
Initially involved in subsidence, major fires, EAR and CAR claims, since 1992 Des has focused on CAR/EAR work including allied products liability claims. His extensive experience includes losses involving tunnels, landslips, waste to heat plants, gas and steam turbines, generators, ships propulsion systems, diesel generating plants, conveyors, transformers and electrical switch gear.
Des joined Richard Hartley Partnership in 2004 continuing his career in CAR/EAR in the UK and overseas.
