John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters with over 20 years adjusting experience to rely upon. After five years with an Insurer, John's career moved into adjusting and two positions with major adjusting companies. He specialised in large and complex commercial claims, whilst having responsibility for supervising others.
He joined Richard Hartley Partnership in 2002 and presently, as well as managing energy sector liability claims, is involved in our team approach to large and complex claims.
Johns is also involved in FSA regulation issues.
