After University, Rick started his career in the accountancy profession. After qualifying, he moved into adjusting, working with a large practice for 12 years.
He left in 1999 to set up RHP and start his plan to build a professional team, widely recognised as a leader in the fields of power, nuclear, utilities, construction and engineering.
